Delivery 🚚

We like to keep it real – our delivery isn’t instant‑Amazon fast, but it is worth the wait.
Because we work with trusted suppliers to bring you curated fashion finds, delivery can take 7 to 15 working days depending on your location.

That’s business days, so weekends and holidays don’t count (we wish they did, but couriers like their days off too).

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your fashion’s journey right to your doorstep.

A few notes:

  • Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons (hello, Christmas rush 🎄).

  • If you order multiple items, they might arrive in separate packages – but don’t worry, they’re all coming to you.

  • We ship worldwide 🌍 – but delivery times outside Europe might be a little longer.

Returns 🔄

We hope you love your purchase – but if something doesn’t fit right, doesn’t suit you, or just isn’t what you expected, we’ve got your back.

Here’s how it works:

  • Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos or a short video, and we’ll sort it with a replacement or full refund – your choice.

  • Change of mind? No problem. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are on you (unless it’s our mistake).

  • Hygiene note: For obvious reasons, we can’t take back certain items like intimate wear or earrings.

Once we get your return and check it over, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

Just drop us a message at support@thefashioner.net with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if it’s damaged or defective

We’ll guide you from there.
